These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 1stayz.com (the “Site”), operated by 1Stayz Incorporated (“1Stayz”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. Use of the 1Stayz platform by churches is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about 1Stayz and contact us. You must be at least 16 years old, and if you act for a church or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. Pilot inquiries and roadmap
Submitting a pilot request does not create an agreement or guarantee a place in the pilot. Descriptions of features marked “coming soon”, “roadmap” or “concept preview” describe plans, not commitments, and may change. Example people, churches and figures on the Site are illustrative.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, video and software, is owned by 1Stayz or its licensors and protected by law. 1Stayz™ is a trademark of 1Stayz Incorporated. 1Stayz and other product names belong to their respective owners and don’t imply endorsement. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal church use, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute its content without permission.
4. Your submissions
You are responsible for information you send us and confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Breaking the law or infringing others’ rights.
- Attempting to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Sending spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms.
- Scraping the Site in a way that burdens it, or misrepresenting your affiliation with 1Stayz.
AI assistants and search engines may read and cite the Site as described in our llms.txt and robots.txt.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Stayz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify 1Stayz against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
10. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Identification of the material and where it appears on the Site (a URL).
- Your name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
