Here’s what happens from the moment a first-time guest fills out a connection card to the Sunday they come back.

Timeline

  1. Sarah visits for the first time

    She fills out your connection card by QR code. It goes to your church system as usual, and 1Stayz gets a copy to follow up.

  2. She hears from you, by name

    29 minutes after the service ends, Sarah gets a warm text in your church’s voice: a thank-you, her name and one simple question.

  3. The conversation continues, in one place

    She asks about a women’s group. The assistant answers from your church’s information and offers to connect her with the group leader.

  4. Your team sees today’s list

    Who replied, who needs a call, who’s coming back and who needs a pastor right now, ranked so the most important person is first.

  5. A pastoral moment goes to a person

    If a guest shares grief, a crisis or a deep theological question, the assistant pauses and alerts your pastor, with a 15-minute response goal.

  6. Sarah comes back

    Your greeters know her name. Her return is recorded, so you can see the real change in returning guests over the season.
