# 1Stayz

> 1Stayz is an agentic AI follow-up platform for churches, built by 1Stayz Incorporated, an independent company under the Lifeverse brand. It contacts every first-time church guest by name within 30 minutes of the scheduled service end, keeps one ongoing conversation per visit across SMS and email in the church's own voice and theology, and hands pastoral, theological and crisis moments to a real person with a 15-minute response objective. Status: coming soon; pilot churches are being accepted.

Key facts:
- Audience: pastors, church administrators and assimilation teams.
- Guardrails: each church configures and approves its doctrine, approved wording, topics routed to a pastor, tone and quiet hours. Crisis routing is always on.
- Models: two roles. A fast open-weight model for everyday conversation and a frontier reasoning model for sensitive judgement. Providers are chosen by benchmark and are swappable.
- Connectors: church apps and ChMS (Subsplash first), connection cards and QR forms, SMS and email. The church's own system remains the system of record.
- Data: per-church isolation with row-level security. 1Stayz sees only consented, de-identified aggregates.
- Guest controls: STOP and HELP honored mid-conversation; no automated texts during quiet hours in the guest's time zone.
- Staff tools: a ranked daily Today list and a natural-language assistant ("Ask 1Stayz") that never messages guests without staff approval.

- Integrations: in the pilot, Subsplash, connection cards and QR forms, SMS and email. Coming soon: Planning Center, CSV import and webhooks. Roadmap: more church management systems and social channels (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat), unified into one conversation per guest.
- Roadmap (plans, not commitments): 1Stayz-Base, an open-weight model adapted for church care, grounded in historic Christian theology and refined only with consented, de-identified patterns (no raw transcripts, names or contact details), gated by extraction tests and independent privacy review; no church data is used for training during the pilot. Also: personalized video welcomes, a pastor video avatar created only with written consent and labeled as AI-generated, and an audio and music studio for church ministries.
