Built to earn a pastor’s trust.
1Stayz exists to help real people connect with real people. These are the rules it follows, every time.
The rules 1Stayz follows
Your pastor approves first
Your first message, guardrails and consent wording are approved by a pastor before anything goes to a guest. Any edit needs approval again.
It always says it’s an assistant
1Stayz never pretends to be a person. It introduces itself as your church’s digital assistant.
Pastoral moments go to people
Grief, crisis, counseling, deep theology or a request to meet a pastor: the assistant pauses and your team is alerted, with a 15-minute response goal.
Shadow mode before live
Start with every message held for staff approval. Go live only when your setup checklist is complete.
Guests are in control
STOP and HELP work at any point in the conversation. No automated texts during quiet hours in the guest’s own time zone.
Your data stays yours
Each church is isolated. Your church system remains the record, and you can export your church’s copy. 1Stayz only sees de-identified totals from churches that consent.
When it matters, a person takes over.
The moment a guest shares something pastoral, the assistant stops, your pastor is alerted, and the reply comes from a real person in the same conversation.
Clear lines, kept.
- Never messages a guest without your setup approved.
- Never closes a pastoral conversation on its own.
- Never answers beyond the theology your church approved.
- Never shares one church’s guests with another.
- Never texts after STOP.
Every guest known by name. Every pastor freed for people.
We're welcoming a small group of pilot churches. Pilot churches help shape 1Stayz and get hands-on setup with our team.
